Project Overview

Company Challenge:

Steve, the PP CTO, needed additional resources to help complete features that clients were demanding. The CTO was constantly working on new features and didn’t have time to handhold and onboard new engineers. He needed self-starters who could onboard themselves and have experience with the tech stack.

Bonum Coaching looks to maximize individual performance and ensure the achievement of business objectives through the implementation of personalized coaching services.

Technical Challenge:

Frontend - it was an old Angular version, and because it is such a large app, it was complex and had a lot of custom-built features set up into microservices for each feature (at least 10 microservices).

Features:

Opportunities - This is a CRUD for creating opportunities for the leads

Hubspot - We connected hubspot CRM to PP and sync custom fields for notes and ___ which allowed an opportunity to update a lead or deal in hubspot - it was a two way sync so if you updated the data in either system it would sync with one another
Setup Wizard - Guided tour on customize workspace and set up the account
Partner invites - Batch import

Outcome

We successfully integrated into the Partner portal team and delivered the functionality we were contracted deliver.
Turned Figma designs into real functionality - features delivered on time and and ever delivered and over-performed.
