About the Client
Templa is an interactive vision board app designed to help you envision and embody the vibe of your future. Founded in 2019 by Lucie Dawson, a manifestation coach, Templa was born to help improve the lives of her clients. She wanted a digital tool to help them create, track, and work towards manifesting their goals, but didn't see any great solutions in the market. A majority of the digital products out there were difficult to use and limited in features. Lucie was going to change that.
Being a non-technical founder, Lucie knew her idea could fill this gap in the market, but was unsure how to bring the idea to life on her own. She came to OneSeven with the goal of learning from the competition, defining features from a technical perspective, building a roadmap, and designing an MVP that embodied her vision for the brand.
We started out with a few weeks dedicated to Product Strategy and then hopped right into designing the MVP. After several months, OneSeven fully prototyped an MVP that was beautiful, interactive, and development ready. Templa now had a backlog to build and release a visualization board, activity calendar, progress dashboard, and community page.
Using the designs and clickable prototype, Templa raised $100K to fund the actual development of their MVP.
